Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: September 1, 2026
1. General
DA Harris Photography LLC provides photography services, including portrait and related photography services. Because photography sessions require scheduling, preparation, equipment, time allocation, and potentially location arrangements, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the specific service.
2. Session Bookings
A session is considered scheduled only after the applicable booking requirements have been satisfied. Specific booking conditions may be provided separately.
3. Deposits and Retainers
If a deposit, retainer, or booking payment is required, its refundability will be determined by the applicable booking agreement or invoice and applicable law. Do not assume that a booking payment is refundable unless the applicable terms state otherwise.
4. Client Cancellations
Clients who need to cancel or reschedule should contact DA Harris Photography as soon as possible. Rescheduling availability is subject to the photographer's schedule.
5. Photographer Cancellations
If DA Harris Photography must cancel a session for reasons within its control, the parties may discuss rescheduling or other appropriate arrangements consistent with the applicable agreement and law.
6. Weather
For outdoor photography, weather conditions may affect the ability to conduct a session safely. Where appropriate, sessions may be rescheduled.
7. Illness or Emergency
Unexpected illness, emergencies, or other circumstances may affect scheduled sessions. Clients should communicate as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Digital Products and Deliverables
Where photography services include digital photographs or other deliverables, the applicable service agreement may establish delivery and refund terms.
9. Duplicate Payments
If you believe a duplicate or incorrect payment was processed, contact support@daharrisphotography.com and include: name; payment date; payment amount; transaction information; and relevant session information.
10. Payment Disputes
Payment concerns should first be directed to DA Harris Photography so that the matter can be reviewed. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
11. Third-Party Payment Processors
If payments are processed through a third-party payment provider, that provider's applicable terms may also apply.
12. Changes
This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically.
